Found Spectator Bug In Wolf

Hi Everyone, I've encountered this "bug" a few times now while playing Wolf ECG Beach. (or who knows, maybe this is already well known)

-connected to ECG 24/7 Beach

-waiting as Spec to get on as Nazi (cause I like serving the Fuhrer)

-when I went to say something out loud using "/vsay hi" it said "Hi" but showed someone else already playing saying "Hi", not me. Example was just a few minutes ago this happened so I tested and spammed saying "Hi" like 9 times in a row. It showed Meecho saying it repeatedly, not me. So...in theory...someone could spam to their heart's content under someone else and get them kicked.

-btw, I don't know exactly how to duplicate this "bug". It just seems to happen randomly. :-)

Not all specs can do it, there are a condition to do it. And yes, that bug is well known since long time ago.

spects suck. there should be a 5 min kick for spects, there wasting space.
