Who all uses the alternate gun sounds pack, that make the weapons sound like their real life counterparts? I personally had it for a little bit then took it off. Just wanted to see how everyone else feels about it.

I have them, and they sound pretty good to me. It brings something new to the game after playing the same sounds over and over agian.

Yeah I'd think so too, but it still does take a getting used to, that's for sure.

I don't know if this is the right soundpack I am talking about but one that I had changed the sound when you pick up an ammo or health pack. The sound it was changed to sounded really bad and I thought it was annoying.

Umm... I don't remember if there were any sounds for those in this pack... it's the one with M-A-A's sticky post with all the maps and the shrub sound pack

It isn't bad, it's kind of cool... I changed it out, but might put it back, not sure yet... it's worth trying though.

I'm starting to think I'd agree.

Yeah I lie awake at night just wondering why the guns in the game don't sound more like their real world counterparts...

I mean shit how many people have actually heard those guns in real life anyway. What a waste of time trying to make the sounds more realistic when no-one knew they weren't in the first place anyway.

Is that special as in 'special olympics' or the other one?
