No one can join a team once a match has begun. Why has this setting changed?

I would guess as an attempt to stop all the skull and rejoin lameness. Or it could just be a mistake :)

If there is a level 3 about they could use unlocking:

The teams became very stacked very fast becasue a couple of people disconnected and no-one could switch or join:

May have been a glitch, I don't know. If ya see a level 3 and this happens we'll try doing something for ya.

Unable to join either team. It really bites when you can't switch to other team to give them a hand.

Nope Doc and luni tried just about everything and nothing worked to unlock.
