I see its ok for the guys to say and do whatever they want during the game, call me a cunt, a whore, a slut, talk about raping me, as well as tking me and maiming, but when i voice my opinion in the forum of these brave men, ha, decides that when i try to log onto 24/7 i get directed to a download of a map that doesnt exsist. Cool. instead of telling me that you didnt like what i said u secretly send my ip somewhere else. you might think its funny and granted i dont get to play but, in reality how much of weakling are you. your the guy who pulled my hair all thru school and never matured past the age of 10. i think its pretty weak of an admin to do that and non of the others step in. whatever. i guess i made my point with my first post. the truth hurts doesnt it. :censor:

Well, allow me to start by saying that I don't play on Beach 24/7... I don't even play RtCW (I'm a BFer). I happened to notice some of these threads of late though as they've been pretty busy with chit chat and keep getting bumped on the main page.

SurferGirl, it sounds like everyone here have been nice as hell to you. You mentioned such a conspiracy (regarding the snow map) in another thread and both Starlite (on page 27 of the following thread) and Rand0m (on page 28) responded to you (check out the thread with your initial post here: http://forums.powervs.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=13766&perpage=15&pagenumber=27).

The actions you're talking about certainly don't sound like the ECGN members I've come to know in my short time here, RtCW or not, so I'm not sure why you think someone is being mean to you. Hopefully one of those guys/gals can clear this up better than what has already been discussed in that other thread (mentioned above).

well it looks like i have been banned from 24/7 for my first post, and i was talking about the way ppl treat me during the game, if it wasnt a member than i am sorry, i was pretty tired of being called a cunt or a whore jus before being shot in the back of the head by a team mate, at anyrate, i never said anything about a conspiracy, i was being send to that download because someone banned me. banned for what? and then they didnt even have the courage to tell me i was banned, if i disrespectd ppl here when they didnt do any of those things in the game, i am sorry, but to ban me for trying to stand up for myself, and not tell me, thats pretty bad

I only play BF and not RTCW, so i am not sure about the conduct of those admins, if they are not the same as the ones on BF. I can tell you that the admins on BF don't put up with any misconduct or offensive language and will ban players immediately if they do so.

That is a glitch which is affecting a lot of people right now, including me...an admin.

As for the language directed at you I never saw anyone call you anything that you didn't first ask for with your angry confrontational attitude. In addition I never saw anyone use anything as strong as you listed here or rest assured I would have muted them. They might have used the word raped but not in the sense that you think. In the gaming world that is a generic term for getting a righteos asskicking.

In future you really should check your facts before flying of the handle over things that haven't actually happened. Nobody even knows you so why you think we'd arrange some elaborate conspiracy is beyond me. Contrary to your own opinion the world does not revolve around you...

I also got the download for mp_snow when i joined the server. Many got it - Hold your horses a few minutes and wait for it to download and voila, your in.

Surfer Girl I play daily on ECGN's Beach 24 x 7 (remember I'm just a player like you and not an Admin). I'm sure that you were disconnected because of a missing map called snow which can be downloaded via the forum and for no other reason. Many people including myself noticed this phenomena. There is a difference between getting disconnected, kicked or banned. Name calling is not uncommon in game play but sometimes like Parrot already explained it doesn't mean the same. Occassionally I also say I'm getting raped in the War room meaning I got five or more Axis soldiers chasing me down while I try to run out of the War room holding the docs. On the other hand I admit that there a few people that use pretty colourfull language but that is really general and these are only a few. I assure you when an Admin is present they will take the necessary action. Surfer girl try not to take everything so personal. It is just a game

Besides if you think you would be kicked or banned then use the proper sub forum (Abuse or Got banned?) and just ask. I'm sure one of the Admins will check and get back to you.

Besides I'm sure that no Admin will kick or ban without warning you. If somebody really harasses you then just PM an Admin and I'm sure they will act accordingly. Have a nice day, enjoy many great days on ECGN's 24x7 Beach and have a great weekend

This is what you need to do. go to this link;

let it download. when it is finished unzip the folder and inside will be a file. Take that file and place it here;

C:\Program Files\Return to Castle Wolfenstein - Game of The Year Edition\main

if you don't know how to do that I'd suggest asking for further help in doing so.

If you ever need to download a map just go to rtcwfiles.com!

That is the link to MP_Snow. Once you download it or any other map you will need to stick it in your main folder. This is a zipped file so you will need to extract it to your "RtCW/Main" folder

Now, if you're getting harrassed in-game or feel like the language is offensive to you, then definitely report to an admin (i.e. SavageParrot) or let them handle it. There's no excuse for harrassment or degrading/racist/sexist language in a game, IMHO.

If anyone makes unkind remarks to you that you have discribed above again then tell an admin. Do a !Listplayers and look for ppl with 2,3 or 101 next to there names.. those are admins. I'm an admin and I wount tolerate that kind of genre smak talk. It's uncalled for and just plain stupid.
