Ahhhhh...Greg(g) Valentino - the most hated man in bodybuilding. He used to write a column for Muscular Development magazine and never hesitated to call other bodybuilders out. Looks like his personal website was shut down after his arrest. He was pretty open about his use of steroids to get huge. Serious freak...

Yea his arms are/were big, but I think ronnie colemans are bigger. I'm not sure though.

Ronnie Coleman has 24" arms, Greg Valentino has 28" arms.... I'm a close 3rd with.... 17" arms.....
