Tournament report of [WEF]

[General Himmler]

First match: WEF vs ASB

First map: Sub
We played like hell, we played very strategic on Sub, but that's because that's our specialised Matchmap. So that's pretty logical.

Second map: Beach
I was very surprised we won that one, I thought that ASB would win with all their beach beachskills, but I was wrong. Again we won both rounds. And were the better clan. ASB fought well too. We had to do our best

Still I had a good game. Good game ASB!! I was surprised some of them called us cheaters. And they said we had aimbots. I take that as a compliment. Now let me tell you one thing. We play in clanbase, and there are clans, that own us big time. I wonder how you call them? I was happy to hear some 'good game' too, I had lots of fun, hope you guys too.

Second match: WEF vs SS Elite

First map: Sub
With not much confidence we started the map, and again, we were the more powerfull clan on that particular map. Won both rounds

Second map: Axis Complex
Here everything went wrong. SS was defenitely much better then us. But that was also because we didn't prepare that much. Me and Scouty had never played that map, till that match. Ans most of us, started it playing a few days ago. But still great job SS, won both rounds.

Third map: Beach
First we were arguing which map should be played. WEF said Sub, SS said Beach. Eventually we started beach. SS again was the better clan, and showed that their campingskills are very high. Almost won the first match, but time was not on our side, if we had 2 more sec, we would have won that round.
When they attacked they were very powerfull, WEF did their best, but it wasn't enough.

Conclusion: We Rule at Sub, We Suck at Axiscomplex

This was it for WEF, we had the timedifficulty. I had sooo much fun. I wanne thank all the S.S. and other people who made this tournament happen. Especially Lord Zog, who understood the difficulty of the timediffernce.
I want to apologize, to the other clans, that we had to stop that fast and for bringing the schedule all mixed up. I hope we still may play next tournament.

Ugh, how do you guys stomach Sub? Out of all the maps I have played, I cannot stand that map. There's just something about it that bores me to tears.

I congradulate you guys on games well played. I followed the events, but didn't get to spec any of your games. Too bad you guys had to call it quits, you play well as a team, and we considered you a major threat when entering this tournement.

yes, i was shocked that we beat wef, i never really liked you guys (personal reasons, it was all on a previous thread) but i always knew you had good skills... yes, i was following your team mate with docs on radio stairs when time ran out, wow i was relieved ... you guys did great in sub... I have to admit it, im pretty good at it but only when i have support, non of my team mates really like nor play sub... so we really had no chance... you guys were sneaky...

sorry, i allready had a 96hours non stop this vacation (movie marathon and lan-party...) and it was school nect day and chinese food and i didn't wanted to play with 4 wef's so... after all its more because we hadden't enough members left to play that we quited... cause after all i still came spectating (couldn't let it ) and yes... i was too late at school next day again

(and idd i'm 16 )

and on beach... that two seconds too short before i reached radio room wouldn't have changed anything so... (was SW and i though you guys made a 3.00minutes more or less )

And aphid, SUB is the greatest map ever made, just a wonderfull piece of art you can use any kind of tactix on it...you can rush, you can camp, you can choose to plant dyno at back so you have some cover, or you can plant it at front so you can guard it from window... and you can't win it with luck like beach... nothing better than both destroy or guard Das Boot

You guys played well, but i think if at beach you guys had those 2 more seconds you wouldn't have won, we all just spawned and were standing in the door of the radio room so you couldn't run in, i was just about to shoot when time ran out
And about the sub map, i almost defused it but some guy shot me from the window you guys covered the dyna great

Yes WEF, the matches with you were by far my favourite and the most friendliest of the tournament.
You are defineltly the specialists of "Sub". You totally dominated the game there, although in my defense I have to mention that on our team, there were only 3 or 4 that had played Sub before.
Hmmm on the beach, got to admit it was our first game and we hadn't really discussed a strategy. One time all 7 of us were in the basement and so when you passed us with the docs, I knew it was curtains for us. I thought we played well considering we had never played by ourselves as a team before, and I thought we did well to keep the pressure on when on the offense, but you were the better team that day and you deserved the win. Well Done!

No, you didn't win yesterday, but you came, competed hard, had fun, and (as far as I can tell) treated everyone with respect. I've been most impressed with how you have all handled yourselves.
