Problem with server
Hi, I've visited your RTCW server once or twice and noticed it has the 'funny walk' bug where everyone is running lopsided. It would be good if you could sort it out cos it's a bit off-putting for some, like me

when a medic revives someone and stands right above them without moving, it mangles the person being revived and sometimes the reviver also.
The people who are mangled dont know it unless someone tells them. Game plays the same but you look totally weird.

non stop mangled player will get you kicked, its an exploit in game, which makes it harder to hit, a non stop medic that mangles players will receive the kick as well

*GASP!* you play on different servers?
-- It may not happen on other servers because they may not be running the .b shrub patch - the OC48 was one of the test servers for new patch release from the shrub. Or maybe the other servers don't have THAT many n00bish players with 'free' time on their hands to discover such things. Or it could happen because ECGN has pixie dust. Perhaps Donny saved 15% or more on his car insurance and used that money to code it into his stealth patch and its really just a figment of our imaginations... Or all of those are wrong and I have no clue.
Have a great day.

Oh god what a loss you refuse to play on the server, how will we manage
I mean for for gods sake Barbie it doesn't happen that often unless someone is doing it on purpose with +salute and if they are shop them to an admin and they'll get kicked if they refuse to stop.
It's such a non issue it's not even funny. It's only the l33ts who care cos they are so damn obsessed with headshots they forgot that the game was supposed to be fun. Everyone else either thinks it's funny or just accepts that it's part of the game and works out how to deal with it.

Well it's maybe funny for about 5 minutes, but all the time?
You say it doesn't happen that often, it's been like that for years, and it affects every single player 24 hours a day!
But if you guys don't care, who am I to tell you how to run your server.
Anyway, five minutes ago I went onto ECG server and took a screenshot to show you.

Er did I miss something?
That player is not at all mangled he's just starting to run to the right.
In any case even if we hadn't stopped caring about this years ago the fact still remains that there is no fix. So unless you want to volunteer your services rewriting the shrub code it's probably a good idea to get used to it.
