Booted for NO REASON by PB!
Can any admin out there see wtf is up with me or something. What I mean is that when I load wolf, select team, kill my first ENEMY, no /kills (as of yet
), I get booted for tk/suicide. Come back, select team, kill my first ENEMY, again no /kills or any tks, I still get booted for tk/suicide 2 min ban.
I did this 3x in a row tonight.....

Thanks in advance,
beowulf

Yeah it happens sometimes. I always used to chuckle, but I suppose that makes me a bad person.

Wish I was so lucky.
For the past 3 years, I've had the same problem and it's never resolved itself.
There's virtually no way to tell why or how, but I can be playing for 2 minutes or 2 hours, but eventually, I get the WOLF_MP.exe has generated an error window.. Painful.
Here's what I've done to rectify it : reinstalled wolf, reinstalled WinXP, reformat HDD, manual PB updates, and now the costliest of all : rebuilt the entire system.
I went with an entire new system, and it still does it. I believe now its with the install disc, even though it goes through without any snags.
The WOLF_MP.exe fairy has purposefully neglected on visiting my abode in recent years. Damn <insert gender here>!

Re: Booted for NO REASON by PB!
Well, I came in to say, that, I think I've gotten rid of the problem.
I believe the problem was rooted in that little software piece called nVidia Network Management. I completely removed it from my WinXP install, and played, for hours, without ever generating an .exe error.
Then, I upgraded (if it can be called that) to Windows XP x64 Edition, not installing the above mentioned software and everything is still running top notch, or as it should.
So, if anyone ever gets these, and has an nForce motherboard, I'd recommend un-installing it and seeing what results it nets you.
