Wolfenstein on Vista?

Postby satan » Thu Dec 13, 2007 4:47 pm

I'm trying to get Wolfenstein on Vista. With other PC's, I just copy my Wolf directory and play. But I'm getting kicked with punkbuster on Vista. The first error I got was "missing pnkbstrA.exe"

I tried the pbsetup program and added Wolf to the list. Now I get an error "MD5 tool failed."

Any suggestions?

As you can probably tell Vista is a complete different animal than XP. I've had alot problems with it also running older games. How come ur not using the Wolf disk and just patch it?

Vista = Latin derivative of the word "veestahl", which, when translated to modern English means "Just buy a Mac".

RE: reinstall from disk.

I'll try that. I figured I could just copy the directory over like I was able to do when i upgraded my old XP pc to my new XP pc a few years ago.
