Connection Problem

My 7 yr old son was playing yesterday morning and said he was having problems playing. Since I had company, I had him shut it down and didn't mess with it until last night.

When I connect, it almost gets into the system and then disconnects and says it was from the server side. I'm assuming my son must have done something to piss someone off and my account has been punished for it? He's played on this server several times in the past and quite frankly, I found him to play better than some of those other tking fools.

I'm hoping this is a misunderstanding on my part as well as some admins part and the problem can be rectified so that I may play on here again.
