Punkbuster problem
I installed Windows7 this past week. I just got my files reinstalled and copied over.
I tried to login RTCW to play some a bit ago, and this is the kick message i received: Service Communication Failure: PnkBstrA.exe
[Edit] I have been messing around w/the PB, and now I'm getting the message Unknown Windows API Function [131124]
Any ideas on what I need to do to fix it?

Re: Punkbuster problem
Run game as Administrator (right-click on WolfMP.exe file), Update Punkbuster with PBSetup and make sure Punkbuster Services are running.

Re: Punkbuster problem
Thanks for the tips, but I'm still getting kicked for the Unknown Windows API Function 131124.
PB is updated(using the link you posted) and runs correctly, or so says the console. I really don't know much about console commands or anything.
Is there anything else I can try that you may know of?
Thanks again.

Re: Punkbuster problem
It must be caused by something else you are running on the computer. I did a clean install of Windows7 (32-bit version) on one of my computers to test this and I'm not seeing that problem.
Are you running an antivirus or firewall program? These are notorious for causing PB problems. I would see which other programs are running and remove them one by one to see which is causing it.

Re: Punkbuster problem
Have you tried running in Windows XP Compatibility? If it works this way, then the problem is system files or erroneous services running in the background. I'd try the XP compatibility first.
