Agent Subway abusing mute privileges

Over the past week or two, myself and others have noticed Agent Subway basically just mutes anyone he doesn't like whenever a more powerful admin isn't around. I took a screenshot of him mocking his privileges and muting me (for no reason). I could have taken more screenshots of him muting me over and over again, but I only print screened once.

There were a number of other players on the server who complained they have also been muted for no reason by Agent Subway, notably Bieleckstein. I've noticed that Agent Subway basically just mutes Bieleckstein whenever they are both on the server at the same time.

Not to mention, Agent Subway just sits in spec and waits for Axis to open up and never plays Allies.

There should be other players that were on the server that will also support removing Agent Subway.

We would appreciate it if something is done about it.

I actually saw this happening today while playing. Bieleckstein was hammered pretty bad by Agent Subway and whenever he would say something back he would get muted. Not exactly fun to be around.

This has been happening for a few weeks now with me. It all started a few weeks ago when Agent Grief was talking trash to people. I began trash talking back to him but nothing all that unusual or out-of-line. Subway mutes me and then begins to insult me (after I'm muted). Since then he continues to mute me for no reason other than me making general gameplay comments and I've witnessed him doing the same to others as well.

Aside from that a few days ago he kept tking me when there were other admins on too. He'd say it was an accident, but he'd stand next to me, look at me, and tk me. Clearly not an errant nade tk or anything like that. I told admins (Pooty, Ballz) but there's so many people on that it was hard for them to do anything other than warn him.

Today Juvi was doing absoutely nothing wrong, but was muted and insulted by Subway too. The screenshot that Juvi posted was me commenting that Subway came on, and without any provocation on my part began trash talking me by name. I finally said "stfu Subway" and he muted me. He was clearly baiting me.

Bonzai also said the same thing has been happening to him too lately. Hopefully he'll come on and post his story too.

Before disconnecting I told Subway that I was going to post here to complain about him abusing his privileges and he muted me. Kinda funny actually.

I'm such a noob I don't know how to save and post screenshots but Subway doesn't seem to feel too scared about having his privileges taken away at all.

I request that the senior admins take his privileges away. Thank you.

It's not my server, so run it as you wish, but it seems like lately there's an awful lot of people with the Level 1 power. It just seems unnecessary to give so many players the power to mute others. In this case, we can't vote to kick Subway off or vote to ignore him, so he was allowed to continue abusing privileges.

I actually just came on when this all happened..... First Subway was playing allies, he always plays both sides, so your wrong there Juventus, and as far as muting players, he muted Bieliekstein a couple of times b/c Bieliekstein was saying some really nasty things about Subway and other players that were on, I didn' take screenshots b/c I didn't think Bieleikstein would whine about it on post.The reason Bielekstein keeps getting muted is b/c he'll say something nasty to get muted in first place, then he will disconnect and rejoin and then run his mouth some more, so its not like Subways abusing his privelege, its b/c Bielekstein continues to run his mouth for no reason and deserves the mute. So just play the game Bielekstein, and when you get rolled....don't then say faul remarks over and over again and expect not to be muted, our whole team was saying thanks to Subway when he muted you b/c they don't wanna keep reading your faul remarks, oh and remember like a month ago when you were saying obscene remarks and I asked you to stop b/c my 7 year old cousin was watching my play, and you said "no, your cousin shouldn't be watching Rtcw, he should be s*cking your d*ck... ". So grow up Bielekstein and don't take this game too serious, it should bring you entertainment not piss you off daily....

I Know that Trash Talking Is All of Part of RTCW, but Alot of People are Getting Muted Just Because Subway Feels Like It. I Even Saw at One Point Where Juvi was Muted Because He Asked that Subway Stop Muting People for Such Petty Things or His Admin Privileges Will Get Taken Away. Subway's Reponse after Muting Juvi was "Your Comment is Affecting Gameplay".

And What Juvi is Mentioning is that Subway Will Sit in Spec Until a Slot Opens Up on tha Stronger Team, and Will Never Join tha Team that's Down Players or that Needs Help. I've Also Seen Where His Team Will Be Multiple Players Up (2 to 5) Players, and His Team Will Be Reclaiming Flag, and Someone said "Teams Please and Please Leave Flag", then Agent Grief said "Shut the F&*^ Up tha Flag is Part of tha Game, Quit Crying". Then tha Other Player Responded, "At Least Even tha Teams", and then Subway Muted that Player.

If tha Tables Turn, and Subway's Team Goes Down a Player or 2, He Says "Teams, then He'll Say It's Stupid to Be Playing Unfairly Like this", Minutes After Being on tha Team with More Players and Playing tha Whole Round and Spamming V53 at tha End. Then He Goes Spec or /Quit if They Don't Even Within a Few Mins. He'll Come Back a Few Minutes Later, and Wait in Spec Till tha Stronger Team Has a Slot Open, and If that Team Wins, He Spams V53 at tha End. And If Another Player Spammed that at tha End, He'd Mute Them.

I've Also Witnessed Subway Muting and TK'ing (Sand-O/Mud/St4L) on Purpose and then Saying F%&^ You After Every Deliberate TK. I've also seen a Time that Dracula (Axe Master) was Talking Trash to Everyone, and a Player Responded to Him, and Subway Muted tha Responding Player without Even Knowing Who that Player was Responding to and Why, because Subway Just Joined. And then after Subway Muted that Player, Dracula started talking Trash About All Agents, and Subway did Nothing.

If Any of His Friends Talk Trash to Someone, and They Respond, tha Person that Responds gets Muted, and Subway Says not to Talk Trash, but tha Agents Get Freedom to Do Whatever. I Don't Think a Ban is Necessary, but People Would Like to See that Subway Realizes that He Wasn't Given Admin Privileges Just So He Can Mute People for Responding to Trash Talk after He or His Friends Talk Trash First, TK Players Purposely, and Talk Trash to Them. Not All Agents are Bad, but tha Ones that Talked Trash Before, Have Gotten Ruthless Now that Subway is a Level 1.

And to What Agent Grief is Saying, He's Actually Been in tha Middle of Alot of tha Fights, or Caused Them. And Bieleckstein Was Not Reconnecting and Saying Krazy Stuff Upon Reloading. He Would Just Reconnect, and Resume to Playing, and Subway Would Keep Picking on Him.

So I Feel that People Would Like to See Subway's Admin Privileges Taken Away to Teach Him that They're Called Privileges for a Reason. And They Shouldn't Have Been Abused After Regulars Were Always Asking Him to Chill Out. I Mentioned Some of tha Things Mentioned Above to a Higher Admin, and I Think He Posted Something to You Other Admins. Or At Least His Admin Privileges Are Limited to Where He Can't Do Certain Things.

So Thank You ECGN Admins and Owners for a Great Server, and I Hope this Issue Gets Resolved Soon Before People Quit Playing at ECGN Because They Don't Want to Deal With This All tha Time.

And who cares bout flag taking, its part of gameplay, just like camping dux is, so don't cry about that please. If your gonna post on here at least tell the truth... honestly, Subway does go about like a whiny twat from what I have seen. Stein, you as well. IMO, 2 people here are acting like C*nts and using Admin to shut someone up is a bit 3rd graderish. Hell, I've talked shit to Stein and never really heard anything I have not heard before. I've only used !mute once, and that was a dispute I tried to help out as a 3rd party and then got bitched at. I can take all the trash talk in the world, so I have never muted anyone for it.

If you honestly can't take some shit talk, either ignore the person until they deserve a mute or get the hell out. Just b/c you have the power to mute doesn't mean you have to wave your prick in the air to every loud mouth that shows up on the server.

And btw Grief, please do not use your cousin as an excuse. Players here have children they can manage just fine. Leave the piss poor excuses at the door.

Thank You Nubz, Cateye, and Gamb for Your Time and Efforts in this Issue. Sorry to Have to Had Complain, but Juvi, Bieleck, and I are Just a Few of tha People that Have Had to Deal with It. And Agent Grief is Like a Pinball. One Day He's Joking with Someone, tha Next He's Cursing at Them, and tha Next He Wants to Have Their Children.

I Chose to Ignore His Post, Cause I Told at tha Bottom of My Post that I'm Not Banzai, and Also I Was Referring to Something that Happened Days Ago, Not Last Night. So It Seems He Only Read One Thing of tha Post, and that Must Be Only tha Part that Says Agent Subway.

i thought lvl was just regular player status. didn't think they had any special privilages. think i might even be level one. now if i knew the command to mute i might try it out on myself. otherwise i never pay enough attention to chat to care.

MAA added a few abilities to LVL 1s at Shooter's behest (I think). Yes, a number of people were graduated, and a number were recently given LVL 1 by various admins. Let's hope the few that abuse their tiny powers as LVL 1 don't mess it up for those of us that appreciate the ability to occassionally !spec999, !mute haters, or simply enjoy the !flingy/throwy warmup.
