You can not become an admin when you just started playing on the server. The admins that are there now have been admins for yrs. MAA is a busy guy with work and his personal life he doesn't bother to reply to all emails/messages he gets. If he doesn't get back to you after you email him twice don't bother for a third time,:)because whatever you want the answer is NO.
