.cfg file

Postby FireHole » Sat Oct 03, 2009 5:29 pm

I understand punkbuster limits most, if not all the settings in the .cfg file, but is there an optimum setting for each? For example, when I'm waiting to respawn and watching others, or even as a spectator, I see some people able to shoot their guns very fast. Like, nearly twice as fast as I can. Is this a setting that can be changed somewhere? And obviously it must be ok through punkbuster since I don't see these people getting booted. I see people swimming around sideways, so this probably makes it harder to hit them? idk?

Could someone post the optimum, allowed setting for each line in the .cfg file, or atleast describe what some of these do? Maybe upload a copy of theirs? I know what about 3/4 of them are and have messed around with some of the unknown ones while in single player, but can't figure them all out.

Thanks in advance for any help. Been playing this game off and on since the begining. I haven't competed in many tourney's or got very serious with it, just play mostly for fun. I played on most if not all the original beach servers, and sometimes some others. Had the original "Sorry" name (lol) which many people also started using later.

ok then so what's your excuse for last night? Shooting teammates in the back as they leave the FB, planting dynos as an allie in the trench, etc...
You ruined 2 games on purpose before being kicked and tried to reconnect a few more times after that.
Stick to Candy Land.
