You spend time playing Wolf.
You've tried others but this game has a quality that keeps you coming back.
(I think it is this 64 player server that keeps this game alive)

What other games are you folks playing consistantly?
And why? What is the draw?

quake live - q3 is probably the most important multiplayer game ever made. quake live was a good idea and is fun, but is frustrating if you're new to it and have to play against people with 10+ years of experience

urban terror - i recommend trying this if you like rtcw, similar shooting and movement. still has a decent sized community

wolfenstein: enemy territory - was a fun pub game for a while, sucked for competition and is now dead like rtcw

tf2 - sometimes i get bored and install this to see if i can tolerate it, i play for like 20 minutes then never touch it again because it's crap

I only play RTCW atm, but I did dabble in...

WOW
AOM(age of mythology)
conquerclub.com(Risk)

will be playing Civ4 in the near future

Tried to play Resistence FOM and Blacksite Area 51 on the PS3 but I can't do console fps gaming. Just can't...
I'd like to thank MAA for keeping this little piece of wolf history alive so we can all enjoy the game for as long as economically possible or interest allows.

You're obviously a huge fan of the game but let's not get carried away here. How do you even quantify that? If you wanna go by popularity, deathmatch loses by far. I might agree with you if you're talking about the q3 engine as far as FPS games go.

Oh no you deeun. Both RtCW and ET are great games for competition. Your opinion sucks. Go prance around with your prediction rockets like a ballerina on crack. :P

I play ET and occasionally Starcraft. I'm itching for a little q3 now. Gonna reinstall it soon not that I ever played it a whole lot.

play quakelive.com

sure there are ridiculous players that have 10+ years of experience, but there will always be those people that never get better. *cough*

Regular Q3A (standalone) and it's mods are way better than Quake Live. Quake Live is like the Team Arena expansion pack (which sucked) and everyone hated.

I play Quake3 more than I play RTCW. I bounce back and forth between the two and I couldn't say I like one more than the other.

Yahoo Canasta...another addiction, although I haven't played this for a while.

As much as I hate vehicles, the new battlefield game comming out next spring looks pretty good, at least until something else comes out.

And for anyone that likes Q3, RTCW, and especially the trickjumping side of those games, you might like brink which comes out next fall I think. There are gameplay videos out now if you only saw the dev interviews.
