shrub client settings

hallo ecgn rtcw community, im an old rtcw veteran who was playing long time on 1.41 osp servers

so i came back to rtcw and notice that peaople playing mostly on the ecgn shrub server, even if the osp client give you more advanced client customization, why this?

anyway im in need of your help

1. how i can disable the blooddamageblend if i get hit? already set higher gamma and intensity, but its still annoying
2. how to disable crosshairpulse?
3. crosshair color change?
4. ecgn rtcw server is running g_unlag 1, how does it work with negative cl_timenudge? me ingame ping from eu is around 150ms, does cl_timenudge -20 help me or its not more needed becouse the unlag feature of server
5. half of players on the ecgn server come from eu, so why you guys dont play on eu server?

Would be sweet if you could get the Shrub source code and make some long needed updates :)

Woulda been even sweeter if ET was an expansion pack to RTCW and not a standalone game...
