New RTCW Install from Steam

Greetings, I had to replace my hard drive recently so I am faced with TWO things. I am now using Windows 10 and also purchased a new RTCW copy from steam. Is there anything I should know while configuring? To this point I have RTCW (Steam) installed. I have the master list added to my host file and can see some servers. However I can't see ECGN even when I add the IP and port to my favorites. 64.237.36.250:27960

If anyone has any suggestions on this and any other hurdles I should be aware of would be much appreciated.

Might have to do with punkbuster filter in server browser.

I checked all the typical issues it could be like the PB setting in game etc... I have always did a re-install from the rtcw disk, even though its a pain in the ass getting everything installed and configured, at least I get through it. Since I no long have my original disk/key, I bought a new rtcw on Steam. But Shit aint working and frankly I'm uninspired to spend 4 days troubleshooting. Just wondered if anyone using the steam version could provide install tips suggestions etc... Thanks
