Stats settings

Probably asked before, but cannot find. Is it possible to change the stats requiring at least, say 4 hours of play time till you are listed on front page? I check stats and noone on the top is playing anymore and all the regulars are never seen. Just a thought, Anyone agree? I just hate seing the top 10-20 with about 40 minutes of play time each, and they been there for the last month. Speaking of EMT server stats.
