want to join clan

im looking into joining a clan, im a good medic but usually an lt. willing to work with anyone in need of help. getting tired of all the individualist on the public servers. please help

You don't necessarily have to JOIN a clan to get good teamwork. When I'm playing I try to work with whoever tags along with me. It's not strictly a "Clan thing". I don't ignore someone simply because they don't have my clan's tags.

Keep playing, be choosy when it comes to joining one particular side and don't necessarily jump on a team with all the high scoring players.

Do not join a clan just to be in one, you can also do great stuff as a individual player, you can get teamwork of other players too, just like ZOG said

i feel team work is always best and you can acheive more by using it. if you use the same players alot then you learn how they work together so you can play more efficientaly.

Like zog said, you don't really need a clan. Even though I play for [A.S.H] I find myself working with others more often than not. Your whole clan may not even make it up the stairs safe and sound, and when it comes down to it, dead people cannot run the docs. Some of the better players on OC48 are independants, and I think that's cool. Smaller saervers do demand a tighter team though, and that's where teamwork and practice as a team come into play.

Make sure whoever you join suits you best. Some clans demand a lot of practice time. If you have other things to do, then I sugest to pass on those invitations. Above all make sure you get along well with your fellow clan members. Communication is crucial, so don't go and join a german clan if you can't speak german.
