kind of off the subject

i know this is off the subject but it's driving me nuts. To anyone who knows more about this than me....
I've been playing one on one matches with friends over lan and tring to use shrub and bani mods.
first off do shrub and bani work together, or am i just a complete and total moron.
second How do i make myself the admin within the game. to change anything i have to do it in the outside-game console (?). when i try to do it on the inside game console i get a "not a command" response.
third all i've figured out how to change is gravity and speed. what exactly do i type to change the default numbers or to refer to a certain player ie:
g_panzerfaust def.................................... 0
realistic arc........................................... 1
spits ammo, health, nade packs ............ 2
or:
orient/disorient people
disorient <client#>

it seems i've tried everything, but it all only works for speed and gravity.
