Punkbuster Problem

my friend just got that game, installed it and downloaded and installed the patch update. When he went in to get onto ECGN 24 Hour Beach it said Punk Buster wasn't enabled. I told him to go back to the multiplayer screen and enable it. He did, and he clicked yes after it asked him if he wished to enable punkbuster. After click yes it said Punk Buster: Disabled. Anyone know why it wouldn't let him enable punkbuster and/or how to fix it?:confused:

Use the following commands:
/pb_sv_enable
/pb_cl_enable

After enabling it restart might work.

You have to restart the game to enable PB

when u install patch u have to click yes to install pb, I had that problem too, just reinstall patch and make sure u click yes to install pb, and then enable it, and then get on that will work

heh thats probally it, thx a lot slaughter, that would explain why the console commands to update punkbuster don't work
