the below announcement is posted over in our forums, thought i'd post it here for those that play but dont frequent the forums that much.
Welcome to the S.S.Community League.
The Shit Storm plan on having 8 teams, 6x6 competition on our newest server that we should have up and running in a few days. We already have 2 teams entered and there are a few other clans we are going to invite for some FRIENDLY competition.
The League won't be starting for a couple weeks (hopefully the first weekend after the Superbowl) and the games will be played on every weekend after, 2 on saturday and 2 on sunday. I know everyone will have a lot of questions but please bare with us as we get this organized.
Zog, Iceman and myself (and N if interested )will be the admins in charge of the League. Also Zog and Radram are in charge of this server, Pie will help out in emergencies but he already has 3 others to worry about.
This will be a FRIENDLY League (yet competitive), we WILL NOT tolerate abusive behavior towards others and especially towards admins.
We will provide a post below for anyone not in a clan to be part of an Independent Team (maybe 2 teams) so sign up below.We will allow rosters up to 10 players in case a few can't play.
Currently there are 2 teams entered in the League. Their rosters will be posted shortly. Get your rosters settled BEFORE posting them.

League Concept:
The League will consist of ??? weeks of regular play.
Once the ??? weeks are over, qualified teams will advance to the "playoffs".
StopWatch is the match format for the League

TIE SCORING SYSTEM:
Scoring will be best of three rounds. So whoever is able to cap two rounds first wins(i.e. scoring 2-0, 2-1).

In the event of ties in all three rounds, a fourth sudden death round will be played. Whoever wins this sudden death round wins the match. If there is a tie in the sudden death round then a DRAW will be awarded.
All matches must be played using ET 1.02. This is subject to change pending future patches that are accepted by the admins.
All matches must be played using ETPro 2.07 for ET 1.02.
Breaks:
There will be a 5 minute break (half time) between rounds 2 and 3
Map Schedule:
Week #1: Oasis
Week #2: Fuel Dump
Week #3: Radar
Week #4: Railgun
Week #5: Goldrush
Week #6: Battery
Then repeated as many weeks as we go (TBA)
Team Rosters:
Enemy Territory is played with both teams having 6 players.
Each team must have at least 6 to play.
If teams agree to play with less than the minimum required then the C.L. Staff sees this as an agreement between teams.
Roster Management:
Roster Violations will be subject to Disciplinary Action. Teams can and will be subject to Match forfeits, player suspensions/expulsion and team removal. Disciplinary Action will be at the discression of The Admin.
Substitutes:
Subs can be brought in between rounds or during a 2 minute time out only.(and if someone pings out)
We recommend teams use communications programs such as Team Speak to communicate with members so subs can be brought in in a timely manner.
Time Outs:
Each team is limited to "1 Time Out Per Round".
Time outs are only allowed for connectivity problems and player drops and are not to exceed 2 Minutes.(and if you really got to use the bathroom)
Punctuality:
Both parties must have at least 6 eligible players on the server by 15 Minutes after the scheduled start time.
Failure to meet this requirement will result in an immediate forfeit against the non-compliant party.
If both teams agree to postpone due to roster issues please contact an admin immediately to inform them of the situation.

Reporting Match Results:
Match results are to be reported by the WINNING team as soon as the match is completed in a thread provided somewhere in here.
Sportsmanship:
Community League admins can easily be found in Teamspeak or watching the matches.
Unsportsman like conduct will not be tolerated. Cursing,name calling and the use of racial slurs will result in forfeiture of match and suspension or removal from league.
TEAM CAPTAINS are the only members of a team to use "global chats" in matches. Maximum of 2 Capts per team will be Allowed in any match. Team CAPTAINS "ARE" responsable for the actions of there team members during matches.
KNOWN BUGS\EXPLOITS that are BANNED :
- Invulnerability flying/ Medi-flying: (Intentionally using grenades, Airstrikes,Panzers,morter strikes, to send team-mates flying to areas of the map) Players that are either intentionally or unintentionally sent to "inaccessable" areas of a map must immediatly kill themselves.
- Flamethrower clipping exploits (killing people through walls + closed doors,bouncing off walls and ceilings with the flamer)
- Boosting can be done with only 1 player. Double,triple boosting are not allowed.
- No recoil sniper/gun configs are banned.
- Door Blocking – Intentionally blocking a door on any map will now be considered an exploit and illegal.
- Unreachable Dyno Plants
If you have suspicions that a player is using an exploit listed above:
1.Complete the half round in question (either round 1 or round 2).
2.Find an admin
3.That admin will review your case
4.If a team or player is found guilty of using any of the above exploits, that full round will be forfeited and a point will be awarded to the opponent.
5.If a player or team is found innocent of using an exploit, the accusing team will lose their time out privileges for the rest of the game. If they have already used their timeouts, they will lose their timeout privileges for their next match.
6.The admin’s rulings are final and non-negotiable.
What if I suspect an opponent to be using a possible exploit, but it is not listed here?
1.Complete the half round in question (either round 1 or round 2).
2.Find an admin
3.That admin will review your case
4.If the admin determines that the opponent was indeed using an exploit, that half round will be replayed in its entirety. In other words, if the exploit was used in half round 1 (where no time had been set), then half round 1 would be replayed. If the exploit is used in half round 2 (where a time to beat has already been set), then you will restart half round 2 using the time set in half round 1.
5.In this case, the admin’s ruling is not final. While it is not subject to appeal in reference to a specific match, we do want to make sure that an exploit is truly an exploit, and not just an error in judgment by an admin. Therefore, the possible exploit will be reviewed by the "almighty himself"(LORD ZOG) in order to determine whether the play in question is truly an exploit. The player who discovered and used the exploit will not be penalized in this case.
Rule Violations:
Breaking of any of the rules can and will lead to disciplinary action. Admins will "at there discression" issue suspensions, expulsions, forfeits to players and there teams.

Server Crashes:
In the event of a server crash, if both teams can agree upon the remaining time and score, the map will be restarted with the remaining time and score intact. If there is a dispute the entire map will be restarted. In the event that a team loses a player due to connectivity issues, (or his Mom/Dad tells him to get the hell off the PC...LOL) the team may substitute the player immediately with someone from their roster. Substitute players, brought in during match, that are not eligible players, will force an immediate forfeiture on the part of the team they were playing for.

For some reason i get 999 ping on Shit Storm Chaos, but i can still move and everything but i cant't kill anyone or get killed. Is this a problem with the server or just me? I reconnected and rebooted server times but i couldn't get it working.

I still want to play on your two custom map servers im talknig to Heir Pie on TS and he can't figure out why i ping so high. I jsut connected to an ND80 server in texas and got 60 ping steady.
