Msg on screen for ET Shrub?

Can someone tell me what I need to add to our server config or shurb config to show a msg every min or so?

This is what I have in the Shurb config file I call from server.cfg

// set g_intermissionTime "60" // time to display end of round stats (default 60 seconds)
set g_privateMessages "1" // PMs are good
set g_msgs "60"
set g_shove "80" // +salute to move door/body blockers
set g_msgpos "2"

set g_showMsgs "60" // scroll through messages at one per minute
set g_msg2 "^3Please visit http://www.teamsna.com for information and forums"
