temp tk/suicide ban ,$R3c0nd1t10ned

I just got kicked again even though I wasn't on the !showbans list. This time I got kicked after 1 tk.
I went through the stats manually by scrolling up the console and I had 3 kills 4 deaths and 3 revs and that 1 TK went I got bounced.
Was that an anomaly getting kicked like that or do I have a preset limit now? I was playing a med that round when I got kicked.
It said something like ban or kick tk/suicides.
