Previous ban - unknown reason

Please could I request an unban, I've recently reinstalled RTCW and it says I have a previous ban :s

Unsure when the ban was enforced??

First 5 digits from rtcwkey file in /main: 7rhtp

Solved, I checked my rtcwkey file in /main and the key was not the one on my box, changed it and I'm in.
