got blue screen of death, reformatted software, went on beach and received perm ban message....someone help me please; prior to my pc goin down i was in good standing.

Open the file rtcwkey file in your main folder and replace the one in there with the one that's actually on your cd case. It will have put the default key in there and that key is banned for obvious reasons.
