banned and never played :( help me

hi i just bought rtcw on steam and i dont see ECGN server, some people give me IP and when i put the ip it seen working but it say you are currently banned from the server

can someone help me with that case i really want to play with human!

this has been answered many times already search the forums for the answer to your question

So you need to make sure you steam GUID is in place and not the default.

Yes and you also need to manually update the punkbuster files. If you can't get it working or no one helps you by the time I come back, I will walk you through it.
