YOU ARE!!!!! My damn #@^*&%$ Roadrunner cable has a ping starting at 7-8 ms going to 200-300+ just 4 hops down, still within the RR servers and these idiot humanoids can't rub two brain cells together to help clear this up!!!! The week-end crew I contacted are a confused lot, all they can tell me is there's no cable connectivity issue posted and tell me to do a reboot fo the cable modem.
I'm as frustrated as Doomy is after he's found out that all the sheep has been sheared (he told me he hates a bald sheep...too cold and clammy!!).

I will when I get home..
BTW whats the easiest way to 'capture' the tracert command data? I can't seem to do a 'cut and paste' from my command prompt window (xp pro) ? Shouldn't I be able to? I have another way to do traces thru RR-supplied software (RR Medic they call it). I can cut and paste from there. Any info from wiser-than-me PC boys???
(I'll tell you where to get some good sheep!!)

Thanks Chacal, you might say I got a refresher course last night during a chat with RR tech boys.
