He's not doing better, and he's not going to change his ways. It's that idiot Bieber. He's doing the same crap he's been doing from the first time he joined the server.

He was bragging the other day how he was the best TK'er on the server as he proceeded to kill his whole team...

He doesn't care. When he's been banned in the past, it only seems to be for a week or two, and then he's right back doing the same shit over and over again. He loves the attention, so being banned for a few weeks is worth it for him...
