How to get your CD-Key Hash

In order to unban you, we need to know your CD-Key Hash. This is NOT the same as your CD-Key, which you must never give to anyone. The hash is safe to post.

Alternatively, since it's just a MD5 hash of your CD Key, you can go to a web-based MD5 calculator such as this one:
http://ds.nfshost.com/MD5calc/
or
http://www.cs.eku.edu/faculty/styer/460/Encrypt/JS-MD5.html
and type your CD-Key (from your instruction booklet), all caps, no spaces.
Also there are some MD5 Excel macros available.
