Banned from #1 for language

I have been banned for ECG#1 for bad language i am sorry i used bad language cause at the time i was playing at #1 the teams were so uneven. So can i please be unbanned. Oh yeah i do not know how to find out my hash key or whatever it is called. Please respond as soon as possible .
