Hey,
I wanted to know from a ECGN rep. how good you think your support is? I am currently going through XGS, there prices are decent, but I like yours better, and your pings are better. Their pings have shot up to about 50-120 which I am not happy with.
Can you provide a better service than them? I just want to be sure before we order 3 gaming servers from you guys.

We think it is very good, we try and respond within a couple hours most of the time, not days.
We have a slew of talented folks that are for the most part, always online. We offer support via our helpdesk (email and web), irc channel (#ecgn-support on gamesnet) and on the forums (not for critical support).
Guys in california to help with the time offset too.
Try us out, you'll like what we have to offer, I'll guarantee it!
