I need to find someone.

I know that at least one person must know how to do this. I got the Mother f*&^ Ass wipe that screwed me for work I did for him and I can not serve him small claims papers in the mail do to the fact that the loser has made himself not so transparent.
Well today I was called to a house to give someone a estimate and that F(&^ head was their working. Again I tried the right way of talking to him and basically got same bullshit.
I need to know if anyone knows how to locate someone doing a search how to find where they live. Internet search or DMV .(Even got plate #) I just can't server papers with out address.
I WANT MY $1600.00

Any help would be greatly appericated.

usualy you can find a lot of info on someone if you type their name, in quotations, into google.com

for example "Tommy Boy"...

good luck...maybe someone else knows some more "effetive" ways, but this one has always worked for me. Failing that, you can always try http://www.kartoo.com another great site

I have a Electrical contracting business. He hired me I did two small that came out perfect. He paid $4400 of a 6000 job. He is the guy that just goes around not finish his end of the job, and sticking it to people by not paying.
You know a scumbag.

Agreed, this is not the right way to go, Contact your local business office. I would get a lawyer too, btw, for the plate number, know any cop friends? They'd probably get ya the address. You could also donate to someone for a hit. (just kidding.) : )
