I read this article in PC Gamer, but today my boss was going on a rant about how "violent video games" are what's wrong with society. If you know anyone who says that, have them take a good look at the graph towards the bottom.

Legalise pot and it would drop even further. Everyone would be too stoned to do anything but veg out on the playstation 

The article from PC Gamer (Issue has FEAR on the cover) is a tad more elaborate than the link I posted. Also there's a similar column from "The Economist" (cited on the site I linked) that's pretty much all the same info but still worth a look.
