I'm guilty of some of that stuff. I feel the compulsion to check my home email acct... Hell, i am doing this from work and feel i need to check ecgnetwork periodically. I think i am just bored with my job, etc.
Mostly when i am online, i feel the need to check everything, sports scores, breaking news, personal things i am interested in, google earth, etc, etc.. I cant go online without my "checklist" of sites to visit.
