Windows Problem....

I'm having a problem with the Installshield program that comes with Windows. It is missing an important file.

Could someone with Windows XP please copy and attach this folder to your post:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Professional\RunTime\09\01\Intel32

I need the entire "Intel 32" folder to ensure I fix this problem. Help is much appreciated!

I would be asking how the probalem happened as well. How would a folder just disapear of your harddrive? Malware? virus? something else? A fluke?
