are you talking on the comp or w/ a home theater system?

Some of the higher-end DVD video extracting software can do this..

easy and free
You need two programs minimum, both free:
CloneAD to rip the DVD and DVD2AVI to strip out your particular audio track.

You'll also need Microsoft .net framework (run time files needed to run any MS .net application)
I'll try to find the basic instructions, I used to be pretty good at this but I have since forgotten most details.
I do remember this, after using clonead to rip the dvd into .vob files, use DV2AVI, select which audio track to output, which format to output it in. Also, ripping the DVD does automatically create an .AC3 file that can also be used directly.

Thanks for the help guys. I will check out those programs cavalierwt see what I can do. Also I have never heard of microsoft .net framework, is this something included with the OS or something I need to D/L?
