confined spaces, not like a closet but something where my arms are pinned to my sides. I had nightmare when I was a little kid, where I climbed into some sort of pipe that was tilted downward. In my dream, I slid in head first and my arms were pinned to my sides, I couldn't breath, it was dark...
It was a hell of nightmare, because nothing else scares me half as much as the thought of that situation.

since I've had kids now, i think my biggest fear is something happening to them..

But yeah bein stuck somewhere with your arms pinned OR getting caught in rubble of a fallen building, thse would all suck too.
