Console of Choice ???

There are three main game consoles on the market right now:

PS2
X-Box
GameCube

Which console do you prefer the most? Why?

Ive had all three at one point or other....first and foremost....take gamecube out of the running..poor graphics on every game ive ever played on it...multiplayer sucks....xbox usually has quicker loading times then the ps2...graphics were generally better imo..Online gameplay is great with both systems...just have to be careful of the 56kers on the ps2. Xbox is broadband all the time.Plenty of titles for both ps2 and xbox. Id go with xbox...it has a hard drive too

NHL 2004, soon 2005 for PS2 are awesome so i'd rather have PS2 over Xbox. (I have both).

Btw, Xbox is montly for online play, and Playstation is $30 to get the modem adapter. Only game i ever played online was NHL 2004 for PS2, so i cant combine the two services, but i won't pay monthly for anything like that.

PS2 had GTA 3 waaaay before anyone else, thus I have a PS2.

X-Box

Superior graphics, great games, minimal load times, hard drive, High-Def/Widescreen support....I can go on and on.

You purchase a 12-month subscription card for $50 and can renew for the same amount and time or pay $6 a month for X-Box Live.

I gotta go with the ps2 as well, definately not the game cube that won't even play dvds for christsakes.

I love my Metroid Prime, Zelda: Wind Waker, Viewtiful Joe, and of course Super Monkey Ball.

Without starting a lame console flame war, Gamecube is more powerful then the PS2.
But it doesn't matter as I also own all three consoles.

If game cube played dvds I'd have voted for it, it's smoooooth but it doesn't so I didn't.

I own the PS2 and hate it. The graphics are terrible. I have played the x-box extensively and would vote for that one hands down. I am going to wait for the next generation to purchase one as that might not be too long from now.

my choice was none, thats why I have a 500 vid card, not to have to change my console every 6 months for the next hottest thing, no graphics and I mean no graphics can be compared to the computers, and name one game that was ported over from console that was as good as any computer born game, myself I can't think of one and don't say GTA because it started over on the comp. Consoles are for tards enough said
