I did internet tech support. Our favorite terms were 'Pebkac' stolen directly from "User Friendy" which means

Exists
Between
Keyboarb
And
Chair
and the other was telling the customer they had a
"I.D. 10-T" error.
put it together.. id10t or idiot for you non haxors. Not one customer ever caught on to that one.
