Volcanoes cause pollution !!

Wow, worldwide, Volcanoes cause about 7% all the sulfur dioxide emissions in the world. Maybe if we dropped a nuke into each volcano, it would stop them up somehow. If nothing else, it should completely freak out the Scientologists (Tom Cruise, John Travolta, etc)

Nah... Think about it this way... Volcanoes are huge and can release incredible amounts of air pollutants, enough to alter global temperatures and climate, yet its ONLY 7%!!! Thats crazy man! Think of how many coal plants you need to make all the volcanoes in the world only contribute 7%!!!
