Close, but no deal. They eye area's are differant. If you cover up the face, and just compare the eye's, the experts "FBI CIA" type of tactics to compaing crimals to civillians, past and present criminals. What they looked like then Vs now. There has been further studies of this type of stuff, futher advancements in lying, facial exspresions and what not.

But say it was him, he looks REALY drugged out on the left, but on the right, he looks like he got caught.

Nose does not match up. Mr. on the right has a bigger nose, same with lips.

Enough. Its not him.

There left ear are a good match, not perfect, not great, good.

Maybe so, but they both look ugly. Besides, you never know, that could be Osamas Evil Twin. Or then again, it could just be Osama.
