WinXP startbar

How do you make it automaticly alphabetize your programs folder in yoru startbar? It used to do it before I reformatted, but I'm not sure where to go for it. My startbar is getting somewhat cluttered and I'm just wondering right now. I think it would be great to not have to do it myself.

Right click any item then select "sort by name" on the menu.

That does the trick.
