heh as someone has posted, opening the window when the tiger is attacking is stupid, it would have been better for all and the rest of the world that the tiger had managed to eat them two:
1. for being so stupid.
2. to save money for the safari, since the tiger wont need the daily food for that day.

how in the world does this story have anything to do with canada? there are stupid rulings made all over the world in court rooms every day.
at least this country doesn't have to put up with incredibly stupid lawsuits every hour- people in the US sue over everything. "oooh, mcdonalds made me fat! I think i will sue!"
