Need Website

Hey guys, me and a couple buddies of mine recently started a new political party here on campus (because there is only one other and we cant stand them anymore). I'm looking to get a website for our group as it is already gaining a lot of attention. Any ideas as to where I can get domain names and/or possible builders for it? If I could just make it myself I would, so maybe any WYSIWYG programs as well. Heh, hell if any of you guys are skilled web builders and feel like taking on a job, we have some scholarship money we have on the side
