That man's a cop? Dumbass doesn't even know how to clear his weapon.... he is very, very lucky someone wasn't hurt. What kind of training are they giving these guys? I don't carry, yet even with two days of training I know to check magazine clear and bullet not in chamber EVERY TIME.

Same here, I'm not a huge gun user, but the first thing I do when I pick up a gun, any gun, any place, is check the chamber. It's just a built in habit.
