Worth moving to PCX?

having a hard time debating whtere or not to ditch my mobo and video card to go for the PCX version of the mobo and video card....

My current system is:

Athlon 64 3500+
1GB of DDR3200
Gigabyte K8NS-Ultra 939
Samsung 120GB SATA drive
BFG Geforce 6800 Ultra OC 256MB agp8x
Liteon 16x dvd+/- burner
Samsung 955DF monitor
Audigy 2 ZS
Windoze XP Pro

i was thinking about ditching the video card and mobo to goto the PC-X model of the same card and gigabyte motherboard, but would there be a real performance difference, and would it be worth the money right now?
just curious...

I would not change the system if I were you. Your system is great. Why waste money changing it when it is really not going to make any performance difference?
