Not an april fools joke, the pope is possibly dead.
Note to the Vatican: Pick a pope that is about 25 years old so you don't have to through this every ten years or so.

Italian media reports were misconstrued or falsely reported or something or another apparently....
According to the vatican he isn't actually dead, but at this point its just a matter of time.

yahoo news was saying that the Pope may be dead. Now they are saying condition worsened. It was all based on symbolic things like closing the shutters, closing some bronze door, etc.

I saw that news of him being dead. I told my mother and she went to church. 1 hr later they said he wasnt dead just seriously ill and getting worse.

Have you looked at all the cardinals that might take his place? They are all in their upper 50s-60s. Anyway he was the youngest pope to be elected at the age of 58. Plus hes the first non-Italian pope to elected in 456 years.

hees not as of now. the vatican reports shallow breathing and the a urinary track infection. this means that his liver is probably shutting down and that he should be poisioned by tomorrow morning(from what i know, my grandfather died in a manner similar to this). he was a good man of god.
