Every customer going in that store should pay in $2 bills.

Refusal to accept legal tender is a forfeiture of the debt. WTF are these clerks smoking?

I used to work for that company. I'm glad im free it was like a jail sentence. However it is still the best place to buy new movies, games, and CD's. I'll see you all there.;)

Oh yeah, if you scroll down on that thread and come across the http://www.bestbuysux.org site, you're in for some good laughs.

I have hated Best Buys for years ever since they screwed me over on a purchase that I needed to return.

I have NEVER shopped there since and I encourage everyone here to join me and NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!!!!!

Meh... the guy was paying with crisp, sequential bills. I would probably be a bit suspicious, too. But kind of wrong for the cops to hand-cuff him outside for all to see and make a big scene of it. they could have asked him to walk to the managers office and wait. (Maybe they did... the article doesn't cover if HE made a scene. cops don't take to kindly ot being argued with, esp in public. Gotta respect their authoritay.) Anyway, if I was peaceable and still treated this way, I would sue for a public apology. Just a press release, not press conference. And no money... just clear may name and get some free publicity for my tour company.
