FYI, cowboy ran the power station in Ohio that f'ed up and caused that huge blackout. He was looking at bullshit on the internet instead of watching to see if his flux capacitor was overloading.

they work on optical processors right here in maryland. the company is a contractor for NSA and has won many awards for such advancements. we're not even talking GHz here , we are talking THz.

Photonics is the first step to making optical "electronics". Today we all use them sort of by using CD-ROMs and DVD's .
